The United Church of Canada launched an interactive online community, WonderCafe.ca, to encourage people to visit, engage and discuss challenging issues, and learn more about this open, inviting church.
Flex PR worked with creative ad agency Smith Roberts to launch a national awareness campaign launching Wondercafe through a PR and viral video campaign.
The campaign was a global PR success with:
- Front page of The Globe and Mail and covered by over 300 news outlets worldwide.
- The campaign was also the focus of lengthy stories on CNN and the BBC.
- More than 120,000 page views on the website in the first three days.
